Alma Bonita Animal Rescue is currently only accepting exchanges at this time. If you need to exchange an item for another size or if an item is defective/damaged please contact us at info@almabonitaanimalrescue.com within 15 days of the original purchase. All items must be in the original condition in which it was received (unworn, unwashed, unused, and smoke-free). Once we have received the original item, we will ship a replacement. The shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
All packages are sent USPS Flat Rate Priority.
We are only shipping in the United States at this time.
