If you need to exchange an item for another size or if an item is defective/damaged please contact us at info@almabonitaanimalrescue.com within 15 days of the original purchase. All items must be in the original condition in which it was received (unworn, unwashed, unused, and smoke-free). Once we have received the original item, we will ship a replacement. The shipping costs are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.
